Ashley Madison (AM) sends you an email every time someone new checks out your profile. This is better for men than women because men don’t get checked out too often. Women get checked out a dozen times a day. Why it’s good for men is that when she checks you out and you’re alerted, it’s an opportunity to reach out. For women, it’s just a stream of useless notifications from every cheap-ass pussy-starved man on the app shooting their shot.
AM user notifications for men
Anyone using AM can turn on notifications to let them know what’s going on, just like any other app. For men, email notifications are useful. Getting an email when someone checked them out, seeing who’s opened their message, or letting them know if a new girl’s joined the site or if one of their favorites has logged on is a great advantage.
If a man can catch a woman who’s interacted with his profile while she’s still in the app, he increases his chances of engaging her in a chat.
AM user notifications for women
The opposite is true for women. For women, most of these notifications are useless. Not because they don’t work, but because they work too well. Their phones wouldn’t stop buzzing as their email box overflowed with picture requests, dic-pics, messages, people checking them out, and so on, to the point where it becomes information overload.
That usually takes 24 hours.
For most women, those first 24 hours are exhilarating as a flood of men comes rushing back into their life after having been neglected by their man for so long. It’s like tasting that first spoon full of ice cream after a long diet. It’s euphoric.
After eating too much, until it isn’t. Just like getting all those messages from men on AM.
“Viewed Me” on the app up to Aug 20th(ish)
Up to this past weekend, when you selected the “Viewed Me” screen on the mobile app (but not desktop), AM would tell you when a user last viewed you, almost exactly.
AM would tell users down to the minute for the first hour after the view, then by the hour for the next 24 hours, and after that, by the number of days. Those profiles would stay up for about 7–10 before disappearing off the page.
I, unfortunately, do not have a picture to show you this. I thought I did, but can’t find one anywhere, including online (if you know what I’m talking about and have one, let me know and I’ll add it). Below each profile that viewed you it would say —
“Viewed you 12 mins ago”
“Viewed you 3 hours ago”
“Viewed you 4 days ago”
The first time a person checked a user’s profile out AM would send an email titled “You’ve caught Ms. So_&_So’s eye” letting the user know someone checked them out. That was only for the first time, not each time. So, if they went back to your profile a few times, you’d only get one email.
If you were quick, you could react to the email by sending her a message and try to catch her while she was still online. Women don’t check out men’s accounts often, so getting the email is a good alert.

I recommend that all my clients thank a lady for checking them out as soon as possible after getting this email. When I draft unique messages for them, I also add a short “viewed me” response that goes something like this —
“Hey Ms. SweetLady1982, thanks for checking me out — it’s nice to be noticed! I’d love to connect, so let me know if you’d like to chat.”
I recommend this because if she’s still online, she just might answer their message. One of my clients recently got a very nice chat going from one of these messages!
She wrote back to me! — “Yes! I did check out your profile enjoyed your write up. You had me smiling. What have you enjoyed most about this summer besides the current weather.”
I also recommended checking their views to see who was looking and when. If she had checked them out before and they got an email, but then went back and saw she’d checked them out more recently, then it might mean she was interested — and that’s where the note below her profile came in handy because you’d know how long it had been since she last looked!
If she’d been back for a second look I tell my clients to send this —
“Hey Ms. SweetLady1982, you’re back!! Thanks for checking me out again — it’s super nice to be noticed more than once by a lady! I’d love to connect, so let me know if you’d like to chat!”
Pro tip — never send more than two messages in a row without betting a response or reaction from her. If she goes silent, it’s you, not her.
Bonus tip — never send the exact same message twice. Copy and paste messages dry up pussy juice faster than beach sand.
So what do the AM updates mean?
The good news!
AM still sends an email alerting users a new woman has checked them out!
The OK news!
The first change to “Viewed Me” was somewhat positive. I noticed this a few weeks ago when a lady’s profile on my boy’s account didn’t disappear after ten days. In fact, she’s still there more than a month later, so it seems they will let users keep a record of who checked them out.
I say somewhat positive because while it’s good to know who checked you out, if they didn’t message, “wink,” or “favorite,” it means they weren’t interested. If they weren’t interested last month, they’re not interested this month, so it doesn’t matter if they are there or not — but I’d tell my clients to still circle back on them once every six weeks or so with a message.
What I don’t know is whether they’ll ever get that email again if she never leaves your list — I will continue to monitor this.
The bad news!
What the update means is you will never know exactly when the last time she checked you out was!
All you’ll know is the profile at the top left was the most recent one that viewed you. If you didn’t get an email notification and haven’t looked in a while, she could have checked you out 5 minutes ago, 5 hours ago, or 5 weeks ago. The longer it’s been makes sending her a thank you less useful, but I still recommend it.
Notice the two pics below. The one on the left was taken at 7:38 and the one on the right about 20 minutes later.

Notice how all the other pictures above shifted when Adultery_Faery was added? The question is, are you going to remember what they were that last time you looked?
If you recall, my email above arrived at 7:54, so we know from the “Viewed Me” page that it’s only been two minutes, so our favorite Adultery_Faery might still be online. And, so, as above, we’d thank her for checking usout!

So why do men need to know this?
AM isn’t a game of chance. That you meet and chat with women may seem random, but if you know what you’re doing, you can greatly increase your chances of connecting with a woman. When the ratio of men to women is roughly 5:1, men need to take every advantage they can get. Including knowing when to message her and what to say.
One of my clients is seeing two women and working on a third. Yeah, he might be a pig, but he’s not going to tell you AM is a scam. Why? Because I showed him how it works and leveraged my knowledge to his benefit by being on the lookout for subtle changes to the platform like this.
My clients typically begin a meaningful conversation with a woman within the first seven messages I write for them. Why? Because I take a lot of the guesswork out of AM.
